Job Type: Contract | Night shift
Work Schedule: 5 days working ( 2 days rotational off)
Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional with an experience in a voice based customer support role. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls (inbound and outbound) in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure timely follow-up and case closure to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Adhere to quality assurance and compliance standards.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Any Grads / PUC can apply
