About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our online presence and drive growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role combines technical website management, creative social media marketing, and data-driven SEO optimization to enhance our brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

  • Design, develop, and maintain company website using modern web technologies
  • Ensure optimal user experience (UX) and responsive design across all devices
  • Implement website analytics and conversion tracking
  • Manage content updates and technical maintenance
  • Optimize website speed and performance

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts
  • Manage social media calendars and posting schedules
  • Monitor social media metrics and engagement
  • Respond to comments and messages professionally
  • Run paid social media advertising campaigns

SEO & Digital Marketing:

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices
  • Create and optimize content for search engines
  • Build quality backlinks and manage local SEO
  • Monitor search rankings and organic traffic
  • Manage Google Ads and other PPC campaigns
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in website development (HTML, CSS, WordPress, or similar CMS)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
  • Understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
  • Video editing and content creation skills
