SAP FICO Consultant (SAP HANA Implementation)

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and migration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting.
  • Expertise in integration with MM, SD, and other modules.
  • Good understanding of taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • SAP FICO certification preferred.

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO modules, ensuring seamless integration with SAP HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute SAP FICO implementation projects on SAP HANA platform.
  • Configure and customize FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules as per business requirements.
  • Perform system testing, UAT, and provide training to end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
  • Handle data migration, validation, and reconciliation during HANA transition.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and process flows.
