Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Travel Consultants. In this role, you will assist clients with planning, booking, and managing their travel needs, ensuring a smooth and satisfying travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with domestic and international travel planning.
  • Provide information on travel packages, destinations, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Create customized travel itineraries based on client requirements and budget.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators for bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client details.
  • Promote and upsell travel packages, insurance, and additional services.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of geography and popular travel destinations (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet browsing, emails).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
