Role & Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications.
  • Develop front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or
  • Build robust back-end services and APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.
  • Develop and manage SQL Server or other relational databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and optimization.
  • Work with ORM tools like Entity Framework to manage data access efficiently.
  • Perform data migration, backup, and performance tuning as needed.
  • Manage code repositories using Git/GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and project managers for end-to-end delivery.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or ).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases, and experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework.
  • Experience with version control systems, specifically Git/GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proven experience in leading or mentoring teams of developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Experience in leading projects and managing deadlines.
