About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in Europe, focused on expanding our
Immuno-Oncology
services within the
NBE
vertical. This strategic role is pivotal in driving growth by engaging with biotech and pharmaceutical companies to promote our capabilities in antibody discovery, immunology assays, and translational research

Key Responsibilities

Assay Development & Screening

  • Develop, validate, and execute immunology-based assays to evaluate test molecules.
  • Analyse and interpret experimental data with attention to accuracy, reproducibility, and scientific integrity.

Reagent & Consumable Management

  • Procure and manage reagents and consumables for assigned projects.
  • Track procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.

Laboratory Operations & Maintenance

  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow SOPs and adhere to safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Education:
    Master's degree in
    Biotechnology
    ,
    Immunology
    ,
    Cell Biology
    , or related life sciences field.
  • Experience
    :
    4-8
    years
    of proven experience in experience in immunology or immuno-oncology research.
  • Strong Experience:
    Strong foundational understanding of Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) development and manufacturing processes.
  • Skills:
  • Immuno-oncology assays
  • Bioassays
  • PBMC isolation and banking
  • Flow cytometry and Incucyte-based analysis
  • Cell culture, including handling of primary cells and engineered cell line.
