A Hotel Reservation Executive's Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) involve managing bookings via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accurate data entry, maximizing revenue through proper selling techniques, handling guest inquiries and issues, coordinating with other hotel departments (front office, sales), maintaining reservation systems (PMS/Channel Managers), and providing exceptional customer service to drive guest satisfaction and hotel occupancy. Core Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Booking Management: Process reservations accurately, manage inventory, handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed info on services, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
  • Revenue Maximization: Implement pricing strategies, promote upselling, and utilize yield management to optimize room sales.
  • System Proficiency: Operate Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers for efficient booking management and rate updates.
  • Coordination: Liaise with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate guest records, transaction details, and assist with reports.
  • Sales & Promotion: Actively promote hotel services and achieve sales targets.

  • Booking conversion rates

  • Occupancy rates and Average Daily Rate (ADR)
  • Accuracy of reservations processed
