Job Description:

 - Manage a team size of 5-10 junior & mid-level accountants.
- Review teams work for quality and accuracy and be accountable for assignments delivered.
- Liaise with Clients for work deliveries (requirements, problems, issues)
- Train junior & mid-level accountants on accounting, payroll & other software
- Independently liaise with New & Existing Clients to onboard new assignments successfully, start deliveries and allocate work amongst team members strategically.
- Monitor team members working and always keep track of their free bandwidth for proper work allocation planning & deliveries.
- Expert with setup of US Accounting software, setup of US Payroll software, e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle NetSuite, Gusto, ADP, , Expensify etc.
- Expert with US Payroll returns filings & compliance.
- Expert with US Sales tax & Use tax registrations and monthly, quarterly, or annual return filings of sales tax & use tax.
- Supporting CEO/Sales team by identifying new opportunities with existing clients for outsourcing work and engaging them with Client for further discussion and follow up.

- Fortnightly update to CEO on work progression on every client assigned and seek support wherever necessary to assure client deliveries is streamlined and any issues are identified timely to be addressed with the Client.
- Promote strong culture of teamwork and always emphasize on the Company's vision and motto.
- Proven ability to identify, analyse and solve problems timely & effectively.
Independent & Expert with:
- Accounting Software: QuickBooks, Xero & Oracle NetSuite
- Payroll Software: QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP etc.
- Other Software: , Expensify, SAP Concur etc.
- Tax capabilities: US Sales tax & Use tax registrations and returns filing.
- Microsoft applications: Excel & Outlook
- Communication: Fluent with Spoken & Written English
