Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience at Cash & Bank Accounting and can lead a team of 3-4 team members
  • Good exposure in overseeing the BRS
  • Should have experience of Debit Note & Credit Note Accounting
  • Should have managed Inventory Accounting (Purchase, Sales, GRN - Must)
  • Candidates from Manufacturing Accounting Experience are preferred.
  • Experience at Cash Flow Reporting (Must)
  • Tax Workings & Planning (GST Workings, TDS, Corporate Tax, Advance Tax, BRC, e-invoicing)
  • Candidate should have understanding of Export Business, Exports Documentation, LC management and bank liaising.
  • Candidate from Exports Business will be preferred.
  • Transaction Clarity on taxable & non-taxable expenditure, Disallowances & basis for the same.
  • Managed a team of at least 2 people.
  • Experience on Financial MIS (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) Finalisation is must
  • Experience in Independently managing Cash Flow Forecasts
  • Experience on Annual closure.
  • Hands on expertise in managing and working on corporate tax.
  • Experience on assessments if you have led or supported.
  • Good experience at analytics and must have Power BI, Ms Excel over all R2R activity and presenting reports to senior management.
  • Candidates having experience in Trading business are preferred.
  • Should have hands on experience on Indian compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Inter CA qualified (Who has left CA) / B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance / CMA
  • Inter-CA with 10+ years of experience
  • Preferably experience from manufacturing or FMCG sector

  • Good Communication & Leadership skills
  • Highly motivated, creative thinker, self-starter, and fast learner with demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills.
  • Good at time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
