The Teaser Company is a performance-driven D2C marketing agency that helps direct-to-consumer brands scale profitably through high-impact media buying, creative strategy, and data-led decision-making. We specialize in crafting and managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and more — combining deep platform knowledge with a strong creative edge. Our mission is simple: drive real, measurable growth for the brands we work with.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads for D2C brands

  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, digital funnels, and conversion metrics

  • Strong grasp of creative strategy and performance-driven experimentation

  • Capable of conducting comprehensive website and ad account audits

  • Proven ability to scale accounts with efficient budget allocation and ROAS optimization

  • Strong communication and client management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Able to work autonomously and drive results without hand-holding

Key Responsibilities:

-Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

  • Lead regular client meetings, campaign reviews, and performance discussions

  • Translate client goals and feedback into actionable briefs for internal teams- End-to-end campaign management on Meta and Google platforms

  • Strategic planning and execution of media plans with clear performance goals

  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to guide ad direction

  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights

  • Handle multiple client accounts while ensuring KPIs are met consistently
