Role: Officer - FP&A

Location: Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, Banking relationship.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review accurate financial statements and reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance against budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Handle payroll processing and related financial activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and reporting needs.
  • Maintain and update accounting records using accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP).

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within a Global Capability Center (GCC) or multinational environment.
  • Experience in handling accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance in India.
  • Exposure to working with Tally ERP is essential.
