PURPOSE STATEMENT

This position is responsible for planning, directing and leading the execution of the countrys business strategies and achievement of key performance indicators across multiple business units/functions. In addition to driving international and regional initiatives for the business in Thailand, the role involves monitoring and measuring performance against objectives. The individual is also expected to foster a high-performance culture by building, developing and retaining a high-performing team. This includes building the right capabilities within the team, ensuring succession planning and employee engagement, upskilling employees and driving leadership capabilities to meet current and future business needs.

Purpose Statement

The core objective of this role is to support the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division they represent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with channel partners to develop and deploy business plan for assigned territories.
  • Visits existing and potential customers on a regular and planned basis to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and promote our products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and year sales targets as agreed with Manager.
  • Develops relationships and cultivates a wide range of business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospitals and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.
  • Manages existing and acquires new customers in assigned territories under the general supervision of the Manager.
  • Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
  • Facilitate sales operation activities.
