Role & responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Collect and analyze data from the design, Sales and proposal departments.
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using Excel or BI tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across systems.
- Identify data gaps and recommend improvements in reporting processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to automate report generation where possible.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and management reviews through data sharing and insights.
- Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for management meetings.
- Plan and track dispatch schedules in coordination with logistics and production teams.
- Maintain clear records of dispatches and notify customers as required.
- Prepare Marketing & Proforma Invoices as per company standards.
- Assist in generating or collating documents required for MDCC (Material Dispatch Clearance Certificate).
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and compliant with audit requirements.
- Coordinate with the finance and sales teams to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain tracker for collections and share periodic updates with stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
