Sr. HR Generalist

Job Summary
The HR Generalist will handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and policy implementation across branches. The candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English, as the role involves regular communication with employees and clients from different regions.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technicians, telecallers, managers, and support staff.
- Post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate with department heads.
- Handle onboarding formalities including offer letters, joining documents, and induction.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee concerns promptly and ensure smooth functioning across branches.
- Build a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and communication.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare attrition analysis.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Documentation
- Monitor daily attendance, permissions, and leave records.
- Support payroll processing with accurate attendance reports.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
4. Performance Management
- Assist with probation reviews, confirmations, appraisals, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate monthly performance reports with branch heads.
5. HR Policy Implementation
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies across all Hairsculture branches.
- Support statutory compliance and HR audits when required.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and arrange training sessions for technicians, telecallers, and staff.
- Maintain training records and follow-up on improvements.
7. Administrative Support
- Provide HR and administrative support for multi-branch operations.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and weekly/monthly updates to management.
Key Skills Required
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR operations and labor regulations
- Ability to coordinate with multiple branches
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR
- 1–3 years of experience as HR Executive/Generalist
- Experience in retail/service/healthcare industry preferred
- Experience in hair-fixing/cosmetic industry is a plus
