Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Business/Data Analyst
with hands-on expertise in
Veeva Vault QualityDocs (QDOCS)
to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing support within a regulated, GxP-compliant environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of quality processes in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industry, along with experience in system design, validation, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Veeva Vault QualityDocs within regulated environments.
  • Configure and optimize QualityDocs workflows, roles, and permissions.
  • Support system implementation, validation, and upgrades.
  • Design, develop, test, and deliver high-value Veeva Platform solutions, ensuring high availability and adherence to platform best practices.
  • Perform analytics, reporting, and support automated/manual testing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP, SOX, etc.) impacting data processes.
  • Enhance user experience and platform adoption through best practices.

Primary Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QualityDocs (QDOCS)
  • Configuration and optimization of workflows, roles, and permissions
  • Implementation, validation, and system upgrade support
  • Design, development, testing, and delivery of Veeva Platform solutions
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in Life Sciences / Pharma (GxP, SOX)
  • Analytics, reporting, and automated/manual testing within Veeva Platform

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry
