**Job Description (JD) – Lead Engineer

Honeywell Control Systems (TPS/EPKS/FSC/SM)**

Position: Lead Engineer – DCS/ESD

Experience Required: 8–9 Years (Minimum)

Location: India (with onsite opportunities in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Department: Automation & Control Systems

CTC: As per industry standards

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer with strong expertise in Honeywell Control Systems. The candidate must have hands-on experience in at least two Honeywell platforms—TPS, EPKS, FSC, or SM—and will be responsible for leading engineering activities, guiding teams, and supporting overseas commissioning assignments in Middle East, and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Honeywell DCS/ESD systems (TPS/EPKS/FSC/SM).
  • Review/approve engineering documents: I/O lists, FDS, C&E charts, logic diagrams, architecture drawings.
  • Mentor project teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Plan and lead onsite commissioning in UAE, Qatar, KSA, Oman, Europe, Indonesia, Malaysia etc.
  • Execute loop checking, logic testing, FAT/SAT, and control system integration.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth handover to clients.
  • Interface with customers for approvals, technical discussions, and progress updates.
  • Prepare as-built documentation, technical manuals, and training material.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 8–9 years' experience specifically in Honeywell DCS/ESD systems.
  • Hands-on expertise in any two: TPS, EPKS, FSC, SM.
  • Strong skills in DCS logic development, graphics configuration, controller loading.
  • Good knowledge of SCADA interfaces, PLC communication, field instrumentation, and industrial networks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BE/Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industries.
  • Knowledge of Modbus, OPC, Ethernet, safety systems, and P&IDs.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel for long/short-term onsite projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
