The Technical sales will play a vital role in driving sales growth by building strong client relationships and closing deals effectively. This role requires a combination of technical understanding and excellent communication skills to assess client needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver measurable results. While a background in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, candidates with strong sales acumen and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with the broader team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through clear communication, trust, and excellent service.
  • Sales & Deal Closure: Drive revenue by identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals successfully.
  • Market Research & Adaptability: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences; adjust strategies to remain competitive.
  • Independent & Team Collaboration: Work independently to meet sales targets while collaborating effectively with sales, engineering, and support teams.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Understand client challenges and provide innovative, practical solutions that align with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market trends and diverse customer needs.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
