What is the role about?
We are looking for a Finance Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with data-driven insights. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.
We are always looking for support in the following areas:
Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Development and evaluation of internal financial reports to support decision-making.
Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all financial records.
Assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
Reviewing transactions for accuracy and ensuring proper documentation.
Managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up on overdue payments.
Supporting audit processes, ensuring compliance, and addressing findings promptly.
Developing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
Your Role at a Glance
As a Finance Analyst, you will:
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with auditors, management, and external stakeholders.
Maintain strict compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
2–3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting tools, and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
