Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Analyst role located in Bengaluru. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements and reports, assisting in financial planning, and evaluating results to provide insightful recommendations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and supporting team members with data interpretation and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Financial Planning and Finance expertise to handle budgeting, forecasting, and planning tasks effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and drive decision-making processes
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Reports
  • Experience in Financial Reporting and adherence to relevant regulations
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are an advantage
