Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Associate with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and good knowledge of Excel and Power BI. The role involves supporting business operations, preparing reports, analyzing data, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day business operations and coordination with teams.
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
  • Build and update dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
  • Analyze business data and share insights for decision-making.
  • Track project updates and support management in documentation.
  • Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and weekly summaries.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal departments.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of business operations and reporting.
  • Ability to work with data and generate insights.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, analysis, or coordination roles.

Pay: ₹12, ₹41,744.78 per month
