Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - ServiceNow (Platform) in Pune. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support, troubleshooting, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
