We are a fast-growing Executive Search Firm based in the United States, providing top-tier talent solutions across diverse industries. Our firm operates on a contingency model and thrives on delivering measurable results with a high-performance team. We are expanding and looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Operations Manager to lead and manage our internal team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, hire, and manage a team of recruiters.
  • Assign daily and weekly tasks aligned with team hiring and business development goals.
  • Ensure recruiters meet sourcing and placement targets consistently.
  • Ensure team meet business development targets consistently.
  • Monitor recruiter performance and offer continuous coaching and performance feedback.
  • Maintain a high-performance culture with a focus on outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to plan workforce strategy.
  • Implement tools and systems to improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Drive accountability, transparency, and motivation across the recruitment team.

Requirements:

  • Recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a U.S.-based executive search or staffing firm.
  • Proven ability to manage recruiter performance and hire A-level recruitment talent.
  • Familiarity with performance-based compensation structures.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. hiring landscape, compliance, and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong team leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable working in a results-oriented, remote-first environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Are available for work from home from 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST with own Laptop.
