Head of Recruiting & Bench Sales Operations
Location - Hyderabad

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Recruiting & Bench Sales Operations to manage our India-based team and streamline our dual-vertical operations. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to perform hands-on recruiting and Bench sales work when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the recruiter team and bench sales teams in India
Establish performance metrics, targets, and KPIs for both verticals
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to ensure alignment with company goals
Provide regular performance updates to US-based leadership
Recruiting Operations
Oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
Maintain and grow relationships with candidates and talent pools
Ensure adherence to technical screening standards established by the technical founder
Perform technical screening when necessary
Optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and quality
Bench Sales
Develop and implement strategies to place bench resources with clients and prime vendors
Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors and clients
Create and optimize sales processes to increase bench utilization
Directly engage in sales activities when needed to close critical deals
Business Development
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
Suggest and implement process improvements
Collaborate with US leadership on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Required
5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in both technical recruitment and sales
Technical background with ability to understand and evaluate IT skills
Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market and vendor management
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively with remote leadership
Demonstrated experience building and managing teams
Preferred
Background in software development or IT consulting
Experience working with US-based clients and understanding of US business culture
Knowledge of multiple technical domains (development, testing, DevOps, data, etc.)
Prior experience in a startup or scaling company environment
