
Sr. Sales Executive

To drive sales and expand market reach for DDGS (Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles) by establishing new customer relationships and strengthening existing ones within the animal feed and allied industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential buyers of DDGS in the livestock, poultry, and aquaculture feed segments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, bulk buyers, and institutional clients.
Understand market demand, pricing trends, and competitor activities to position our product competitively.
Coordinate with plant logistics and dispatch teams for timely fulfilment of orders.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms within management guidelines.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and order closures.
Ensure timely payment follow-up and collections from customers.
Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to management.
Attend industry events and exhibitions relevant to distillery by-products or feed ingredients.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of distillery products (preferably DDGS).
Strong understanding of DDGS applications and customer segments (animal feed, poultry, cattle, aquaculture, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and market coverage.
Self-motivated and result oriented.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Science, Commerce, or Marketing.
Additional certification or training in feed/agri-sales is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14, ₹25,000.00 per month
