About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in manual testing, hands-on experience with API testing, and exposure to automation testing using Selenium with Java. Experience in the accounting domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and responsiveness.

• Design and execute integration tests for third-party tools and APIs.

• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or similar platforms.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium with Java to support regression and functional testing.

• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as JIRA, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.

• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Coordinate closely with development, product, and support teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely releases.

• Execute SQL queries to validate backend data and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in manual testing for web and mobile platforms.

• Hands-on experience with API testing (e.g., Postman).

• Experience in integration testing with third-party tools/APIs.

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA.

• Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our web, mobile, and API-based products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has hands-on experience in manual, automation, and API testing. Experience in the accounting or finance domain (e.g., GST, Invoicing, Ledgers) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret business requirements and end-user feedback to provide meaningful and timely testing inputs.

• Create comprehensive test strategies/plans, defining scope, techniques, and test data to validate new features.

• Develop and execute test cases, test reports, and bug reports to communicate the current status of features under test.

• Report defects, track them through the lifecycle, and coordinate with development teams to ensure resolution.

• Perform manual and exploratory testing, including regression and integration testing of web and mobile applications.

• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, and validate data flows across services.

• Plan and implement automation testing for UI and API using tools such as Selenium with Java.

• Collaborate with design and dev teams to determine impacted areas and create effective test coverage.

• Assist in root cause analysis of production bugs and help reduce recurrence through preventive measures.

• Take ownership of feature quality by backing it with metrics, logs, and documented testing strategies.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and team knowledge.

• Be aware of and adapt to new technologies, and assess their impact on QA practices.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with solid experience in manual, API, and automation testing.

• Proficient with Selenium (Java) for writing and maintaining automation test scripts.

• Strong hands-on experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.

• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, STLC, and SDLC.

• Basic to intermediate experience with SQL (SELECT, JOIN queries).

• Experience in integration testing with third-party APIs.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead features end-to-end from QA perspective and collaborate across teams.
