Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Medical Representative with experience in the cardio-diabetic segment. The role involves promoting and selling our range of cardiovascular and diabetes-related products to healthcare professionals, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales objectives in the assigned territory of Pune.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and detail cardio-diabetic products to doctors, specialists, and chemists in the Pune area.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners (HCPs).
  • Organize CME programs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Regularly update product knowledge and competitor information.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or any related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in cardio-diabetic products.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within Pune territory.
