Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on accounting experience in a manufacturing or related industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance, with strong skills in SAP and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process invoices, journal entries, and payments using SAP.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Assist with monthly and annual financial statements and audit support.
  • Coordinate with other departments for cost accounting and inventory tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, (like SAP, ORACLE, TALLY ) and MS Excel.
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards, GST, and TDS.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹23,000.00 per month
