Key Responsibilities:
1.Handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the system.

2.Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

3.Maintain the general ledger and prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.

4.Ensure proper filing and documentation for all accounting records and reports.

5.Ensure accurate preparation and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns), including resolving any discrepancies.

6.Manage TDS calculations and ensure timely deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns in compliance with Indian tax laws.

7.Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and benefits.

8.Generate and maintain payroll records, including salary slips, tax computations, and other relevant documentation.

9.Handle export & Import related documentation.

10.Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial forecasts.

Key Skills:

- Expertise in accounting procedures, including handling accounts up to finalization.
- Proficiency in GST and TDS returns and compliance.
- Strong payroll management skills and knowledge of labor law compliance.
- Familiarity with export documentation, customs procedures, and international trade.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

License/Certification:
