Job Title: Senior UI Developer

Location: Preferably Pune

Experience: 5 - 8 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

Highly skilled Senior UI Developer to design and build intuitive, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, deep knowledge of best practices, and a keen eye for creating user-friendly, scalable UI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain responsive, reusable, and scalable components.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
  • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs/GraphQL services into the UI.
  • Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest , JavaScript, and UI/UX trends.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI development.
  • Strong proficiency in , Redux (or other state management libraries), and modern ES6+ JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript and (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
  • Knowledge of UI performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience in unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile methodologies.
  • Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for clean, maintainable code and great user experiences.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with micro frontends and server-side rendering (SSR).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure).
  • Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
