Job Title: Senior React JS Developer

Experience: 5-7 years

Roles & Responsibilities:


• Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable web applications using React JS.


• Architect and implement complex, reusable, and efficient code.


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, backend, product) to deliver seamless user experiences.


• Drive best practices for coding, testing, and performance optimization.


• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.


• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring high application performance.


• Continuously explore and apply new technologies to improve development processes.


• Review code and conduct technical assessments to ensure standards are met.


• Contribute to high-level architecture discussions and decision-making processes.

Skills Required:


• 5+ years of experience with React JS and front-end development.


• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.


• Expertise in React JS (Redux, React Router, Hooks, Context API).


• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.


• Solid understanding of performance optimization, code splitting, and lazy loading techniques.


• Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies.


• Ability to mentor and lead technical teams effectively.


• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and best practices in React JS development.


• Experience with TypeScript and is a plus.
