Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize On-Page SEO strategies include keyword research, meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, and content optimization.
  • Execute Off-Page SEO activities such as link-building, outreach, guest posting, directory submissions, and authority-building initiatives.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max).
  • Create and implement content marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand voice and SEO alignment.
  • Conduct website audits and provide actionable insights to improve search rankings and performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to improve website performance and campaign results.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Identify challenges proactively and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Ensure all marketing tasks are executed accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO (On-Page & Off-Page).
  • Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, keyword strategy, and audience targeting.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
