Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Pondicherry. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include making sales presentations, assisting customers in selecting products, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive brand experience. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Experience with sales techniques, negotiation skills, and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Customer service skills and problem-solving abilities to address inquiries effectively and professionally.
• Basic understanding of the food production industry, particularly ice cream and gourmet foods, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in using sales software or technology tools is advantageous.
