Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Procurement Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving cost savings and efficiency improvements across the organization by generating and distributing spend reports, maintaining vendor inventory, and facilitating user additions and removals. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, data analysis, and vendor management, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Responsibilities Generate and distribute spend reports and inventory analyses to select teams on an annual basis, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvementsWork with legal, compliance, IT, and procurement to enhance data tagging, reporting, and export capabilities within procurement platform to support better spend visibilityMaintain and regularly update vendor inventory, enriching records with relevant details (e.g., contract terms, renewal dates, and spend information)Track, maintain, and reconcile user entitlements across key subscriptionsFacilitate user additions and removals with vendors and provide updated user lists to AP for accurate allocationsMonitor subscription renewals and ensure appropriate actions are taken ahead of key deadlinesSupport the enhancement of third -party risk management practices by leveraging Zip as the core tracking and reporting systemCollaborate with compliance and TPRM working group to support due diligence processes and risk assessments for new and existing vendorsProvide support of ongoing monitoring and reporting on vendor riskGuide employees through the procurement process, facilitate procurement platform user changes, identify & implement efficiency initiatives, enhance firmwide learning materials, and work to proactively expand the reach of the functionDocument, organize, and maintain accurate records of procurement process updates and identify areas of improvementRequirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing analysis, market research, or related roles, preferably within the automobile industry.
