US Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused US Sales Executive to join our travel process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound sales calls, understanding customer travel requirements, and providing the best flight/hotel/holiday solutions while maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle US-based inbound and outbound sales calls for flight bookings.
- Understand customer travel needs and offer suitable flight options, upgrades, and ancillary services.
- Convert leads into successful sales with a high conversion ratio.
- Provide fare quotations, check availability, and issue flight tickets.
- Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) – preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
- Maintain strong product knowledge related to US travel routes, policies, and airline regulations.
- Ensure smooth customer experience through professional communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (US process).
- Basic knowledge of travel industry or interest in travel sales.
- Familiarity with GDS—added advantage.
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver results.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
