We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
QA Automation Engineer
with a strong background in automation testing tools such as
TestComplete
,
Tosca
, or
Selenium
. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and test suites.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand application features and create comprehensive test strategies.
  • Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and frameworks.
  • Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    7 years of experience
    in QA Automation.
  • Strong expertise in
    TestComplete
    ,
    Tosca
    , or
    Selenium
    (at least one is mandatory).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as
    Java
    ,
    Python
    , or
    VBScript
    .
  • Experience with test management tools like
    JIRA
    ,
    TestRail
    , or similar.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as
    Jenkins
    ,
    Git
    , or
    Azure DevOps
    .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
