कार्य / जिम्मेवारी

· प्रशिक्षण सभी विधावार गतिविधियों का संचालन / समन्वय सुनिश्चित करना।

· प्रशासनिक, जमीन मामले, कर्मियों के कार्ययोजना निर्माण, क्रियान्वयन एवं प्रतिवेदन

· क्षमता विकास (प्रशिक्षकों का)

· कार्यक्रम की न्युनतम खर्च में इस प्रकार आयोजित करना जिसका बच्चों पर सकारात्मक असर हो।

· भवन निर्माण / रख-रखाव /बागवानी कार्य / हरा-भरा परिसर ।

· कार्यशाला (आवश्यकतानुसार) लिकेंज (प्रशिक्षको के साथ बैठकर प्रतिवर्ष लिकेंज

· की योजना बनवाना।)

· नवाचार कार्यक्रम हर माह नवाचार हेतु प्रशिक्षकों को सम्मानित करना।

· क्रय सम्बधी गुणवत्ता को सुनिश्चित करना, वित्तीय नियमावली का पालन ।

· एक्सपोजर (विधावार)-एक्सपोजर की रणनीति का निर्धारण ।

· कला संस्कृति स्थानीय कला संस्कृति से समन्वय ।

· दस्तावेजीकरण प्रकाशन

· बच्चों के ठहराव की रणनीति एवं क्रियान्वयन ।

· आउट रीच कार्यक्रम की मूल्यांकन एवं उसके प्रभाव का अध्ययन ।

·
•सोशल मीडिया में उपयुक्त कंटेंट को अपडेट करना और रखना।

· तकनीकि रूप से प्रशिक्षण को सशक्त करने की योजना और क्रियन्वयन ।

· CPC को मेल एवं पत्रों को देखने की जिम्मेवारी होगी।

· CPC प्रतिदिन एक बच्चे से संवाद करेंगे और अपने मासिक प्रतिवेदन में किसी एक बच्चे से बातचीत की जानकारी भेजेगें।

· वार्षिक प्लान बनाते समय जो प्रशिक्षण चल रहे है उसकी समीक्षा करें एवं आवश्यक होने पर उसे बंद भी करें।

· बच्चों के लिए पेयजल की व्यवस्था करना प्लेग्राउंड का इस्तेमाल हो रहा है या नहीं यह

· सुनिश्चित करना।

· होल्डिंग टैक्स, जमीन, प्रशिक्षिण अग्निशामक यंत्र, व्यवस्था विभिन्न सूचनाओं बोर्ड, रात्रि

· सुरक्षा प्रहरी का मॉनिटरिंग, एवं उनकी जिम्मेदारी गाइड लाईन, CCTV पुटेज का एक

· माह तक स्टोरेज सुनिश्चित करना।

योग्यता

न्यूनतम स्नातक एवं तीन वर्षों का कार्यानुभव के साथ कंप्यूटर का ज्ञान तथा हिंदी-अंग्रेजी टाईपिंग.
