Responsibilities:

Database Research:

- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads and gather essential contact details and account information, such as revenue figures and key decision makers.

- Maintain and update databases with accurate and current information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Email Marketing Campaign Support:

- Assist in executing email marketing campaigns by managing and segmenting email lists.

- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and collected data.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for data analysis tasks and generating detailed reports.

- Employ Google/Microsoft tools (Sheets, Docs, etc.) for collaborative projects and efficient data manipulation.

  • Event Database Analysis and CRM Integration:

- Analyze and map event databases to identify and categorize 'open' leads.

- Export qualified leads to the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring seamless integration and follow-up by the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.

  • Excellent research skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
