Content ProducerSummary:

We are seeking a content producer with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, plus 0-2 years of experience in communications/marketing, content planning, strategy, and creation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan, develop and distribute content across various video formats, including producing well-researched, compelling videos that are specifically tailored to various social media platforms and formats using the resources provided. You will be responsible for managing any IP violations and organizing and managing video assets, including resources provided by the company, while ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent in style, quality, and tone, optimized for search and user experience across all content channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce well-researched, compelling video content across various formats and platforms
  • Edit videos using software such as Canva and Adobe Premiere
  • Ensure all content is free from factual or creative errors while adhering to editorial standards and tonality
  • Product video interviews, live interviews, video explainers, ground video reports, 30-sec videos(top news of the day), and more in consumable formats
  • Design/contribute to, update and ensure that the marketing playbook is adhered to
  • Conduct ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness and develop result-driven content that compliments brand marketing strategies
  • Ensure that all content is optimized for search, consistent in style, tone, and quality, and on-brand across all channels of content, including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print, and in-person.
  • Optimize and reduce content production expenses
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication skills - English and Hindi
  • Good videography skills
  • Expertise in Canva video editing skills and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Critical thinking ability and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members
  • Knowledge of production, design/creativity, and sound, plus evolving platforms and formats
Experience:

0-2 years in communications/marketing, content planning, strategy, and creation.

Work Location:

This job is remote, and you can work from anywhere; however, if necessary, you may be expected to attend essential meetings with the core team in Bangalore. Female candidates who can ideate, shoot their video in Hinglish, edit it using Adobe Premiere Pro, and publish their video are preferred.
