Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Mumbai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, handling inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role involves maintaining high service standards, executing communication strategies, and achieving store performance goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Proven leadership and staff management abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with inventory management and retail software
- Previous experience in retail management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
