Job description:

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts & Tally Management

  • Oversee the complete accounting cycle including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax and others using Tally ERP.
  • Prepare and finalise financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and other relevant reports.

Import & Export Finance

  • Manage end-to-end export documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees and Bills of Exchange.
  • Liaise with banking partners for pre-shipment and post-shipment financing.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations under Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), RBI and Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).
  • Handle inward and outward remittances, manage foreign currency transactions and oversee forex risk mitigation.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Prepare and analyse MIS reports, budgets and cash flow statements to support strategic decision making.
  • Monitor and manage working capital, credit controls and fund flow to ensure business liquidity and efficiency.
  • Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for profitability enhancement and cost optimisation.

Team Management & Coordination

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of junior finance professionals.
  • Coordinate effectively with auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure timely completion of audits, assessments and all statutory filings.

Reporting

  • Report to the Finance Head and Managing Director on a day-to-day basis regarding financial performance, compliance and key operational metrics.

Key Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
  • Strong knowledge of Import/Export Finance, including LC, FEMA and RBI compliance
  • In-depth understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong command of MS Excel, MS Word and other financial reporting tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting
  • CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum 12–14 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, with substantial exposure to international trade and cross-border financial operations. Candidates with less than 12 years of experience will not be considered.
  • Passport is mandatory
  • Candidates from Faridabad and nearby areas will be preferred
