Role Overview

We're looking for a
Growth Marketer
who can drive sales, nurture customer relationships, and fuel adoption of Klout Club. This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly involved in outreach, demos, customer success, and growth experiments — working closely with the founder to define and scale our go-to-market approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Outreach:
    Research and reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person networking.
  • Product Demos:
    Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value of Klout Club.
  • Relationship Building:
    Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Customer Success:
    Guide customers through onboarding, provide ongoing support, and ensure they get maximum value from the product.
  • Growth Experiments:
    Explore and test new strategies to drive adoption and awareness.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the founder on sales strategy, feedback loops, and continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, growth marketing, or customer success (startup/field marketing experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with both
    outbound outreach
    and
    in-person networking

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
