Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Embedded Developer role located in Sanjan, Gujrat with occasional visits to Headquarters in Mumbai. The Embedded Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded systems and software. This includes writing efficient and reliable code, debugging programs, and collaborating with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software with hardware. The role also requires creating and maintaining technical documentation, as well as optimizing system performance through real-time testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test embedded hardware systems and custom PCBs.

  • Work with microcontrollers (AVR, STM32, PIC, ESP32, ARM Cortex, etc.) and embedded platforms.

  • Interface with sensors, communication modules (GSM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, RS485, Modbus), and other peripherals.

  • Schematic design and PCB layout using tools such as KiCAD.

  • Perform hardware testing, debugging, and bring-up of new boards.

  • Write and optimize embedded C/C++ firmware for real-time applications.

  • Collaborate with firmware and software teams to ensure hardware-software integration.

  • Conduct validation and verification testing, including EMI/EMC compliance if needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Embedded C, C++, and Embedded Linux.
  • Ability to read and interpret datasheets and reference manuals.
  • Knowledge of microcontrollers, RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems), and firmware development
  • Experience with debugging tools, hardware-software integration, and communication protocols such as UART, SPI, and I2C
  • Familiarity with IoT technologies, wireless communication (e.g., Bluetooth, Zigbee), and edge computing.
  • Experience with Arduino and Raspberry Pi platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write efficient, optimized code
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years work experience in industrial or defense-related projects is a plus.
