Overview: The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the FMCG industry by managing human resources functions to support the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective talent management and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for FMCG industry-specific roles.
  • Implement and monitor employee relations programs to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Maintain and update HRIS for accurate employee records and data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the FMCG industry.
  • Develop and conduct FMCG industry-focused training and development programs.
  • Handle performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting.
  • Facilitate the implementation of FMCG industry-specific compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct HR analytics to support decision-making and identify trends within the FMCG sector.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
  • Stay updated on FMCG industry trends to advise on HR best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG industry-specific HR practices and challenges.
  • Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Demonstrated experience in FMCG-specific recruitment and talent management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proven track record of successful HR project management within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in designing and implementing FMCG-specific training and development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on FMCG industry trends.
  • Certification in HR management or relevant FMCG industry-specific certifications is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure FMCG environment.
