The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting timelines. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate evaluations.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate up to the on-boarding process.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve processes.
  • Manage all candidate matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and HR best practices.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR software.
  • Basic understanding of other HR processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
