AM/DM - Production, Paint Shop

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  1. Responsible for ensuring customer centricity by responding to next stage/line for various quality concerns and taking corrective and preventive actions.
  2. Responsible for ensuring manpower and allocation of work to associates as per their skills to produce first time right and every time right products from his stage/line.
  3. Responsible for production planning as per the requirement by maintaining PQCDSM parameters and able to rotate in all three shifts.
  4. To resolve the next customer and Vehicle Assembly line complaints at minimum possible time in order to attain good customer satisfaction.
  5. Responsible for Handling implementation of Poka-Yoke, 5S Audit, Kaizen and initiating the TPM activities in shop floor.
  6. To find cost effective solution for the FOS Items by monitoring, suggesting, Participating, implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens.
  7. To monitor and reduce the number of concerns occurring at NOVA P,NOVA C,RFI by reviewing the daily concerns and implementing actions.
  8. To create a conducive environment for safe & engaged working.
  9. To monitor and improve the MQS and AFS score of shop through continuous up gradation of processes.
  10. To improve the quality level and skill of associates with continuous monitoring
Preferred IndustriesManufacturing Education Qualification

B. Tech./ B.E. (Surface Coating)

General Experience 3-7 Years Critical Skills

Knowledge of Paint Technology and Paint shop equipment's, Robotic painting,

2. Understanding of Paint defects and various lab testing,

3. Knowledge of Paint Manufacturing process & Supplier processes,

4. Knowledge of Paint process materials like Paint, Sealer, Melt sheet, Pre-treatment and CED.

5. Knowledge of Quality tools and systems 6. Knowledge of Best practices in Industry 7. Knowledge of manufacturing processes in Plant (Assy., Body, Paint etc.) & suppliers
