Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Mumbai

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years (preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Admission Counsellor to manage the end-to-end admission process. The ideal candidate will counsel parents and students, handle enquiries, and ensure smooth conversion of leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online admission enquiries
  • Counsel parents and students about courses, curriculum, and admission process
  • Explain school/institute offerings, fee structure, and policies clearly
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
  • Maintain accurate admission records and documentation
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
  • Follow up with prospective parents/students regularly
  • Support admission campaigns, events, and open houses
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for parents and students

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and counselling abilities
  • Customer-oriented and result-driven approach
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
  • Ability to handle targets and work under pressure

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or sales is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the education sector is a plus
