Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote products/services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer database with current details.
- Follow company communication scripts and guidelines effectively.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call/target goals.
- Record customer feedback, complaints, and escalate when necessary.
- Stay updated with company products, offers, and policies.
- Ensure professional, courteous, and customer-focused communication at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Proven experience as a Tele caller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Regional language as per need].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or call center software).
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
