Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UX/UI Designer based in New Delhi. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating user interface designs, developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, and conducting user research to understand and address user needs. The role will involve collaborating closely with product teams, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and visually appealing experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience with UX design, UI design, and creating wireframes and prototypes.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
  • Skills in user research, usability testing, and gathering user insights.
  • Strong knowledge of interaction design principles and information architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and deliver projects within tight timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in designing for diverse platforms, including mobile, web, and desktop, is a plus.
