Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Java programming and software development methodologies. The role requires a passion for solving complex problems, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and delivering innovative solutions.

Education Qualifications: B-Tech/MCA

Years of experience: 1 Year to 3 Years

Number of Positions: 2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project manager and other developers to understand project requirements, specifications, and user stories.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Java applications, ensuring their robustness, performance, and scalability.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and incorporating feedback from others.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Java development and related technologies.
  • Document code, technical designs, and software architecture to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.

Technical Expertise required:

  • JAVA 8 and above, Rest API, JS, jQuery, SQL (Queries, Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers), Servlets, Data Structures and Algorithms (Good to have)
  • Framework Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
  • HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JSP, Angular/React (Good to have)
  • DB MySQL and Postgres
  • CM - SVN/GIT
  • IDE Eclipse/Netbeans/STS/Intellij/VS Code/
  • Basic knowledge of UNIX OS
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
