Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives across functions.
  • Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, VSM, and Process Reengineering to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project execution, including Project Charters, Status reports, and Closure reports.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to prioritize and complete Continuous Improvement projects, ensuring timely closure and documentation.
  • Independently identify problem areas and work on Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Support training and mentoring on Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.
  • Drive Process Excellence Governance and facilitate Steer Co meetings with GCC leadership.
  • Assist in planning and executing transformation and automation projects.
  • Implement a Quality Framework across GCC processes, ensuring Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are maintained.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for escalations and quality issues using techniques like 5-Why and Fishbone.
  • Coordinate with Operations to complete Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and implement recommended actions.
  • Participate in transition activities and risk identification/mitigation during process migrations.
  • Optimize KPIs and benchmarks, regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in Governance meetings, leadership reporting, project progress updates, and dashboards for Continuous Improvement projects.

Experience Requirement:

  • 7-10 years of experience in process improvement and quality management.
  • Proven track record of independently driving Continuous Improvement projects across business functions.
  • Experience in facilitating RCA, CAPA, FMEA, and automation/transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to transition management, governance reporting, and KPI/SOP optimization.

Education: Any Graduation.
